Working on some mockups for my summer project. More to come.

I want to say stratos but I know I am wrong. Something Italian?

I know what that is. I have one in my garage, and one on the shirt I’m wearing right now. :D

Going to look at a 5-speed 85 2m4 tomorrow. I can’t wait to drive one with a stick.

Awesome. I would say to go for a V6, also, but I don’t know what the market is like in your area. And then if you want a 5 speed (instead of 4), you won’t be able to have a bumperpad car unless it’s been swapped. It got in my blood, too, and I have a second one on my driveway now.

I have no idea what that is other than that it appears to have a Porsche badge.

I know. The end product will be similar, though.

1985 Pontiac Fiero 2m4. Think of it as the American MR2: affordable mid-engine sports car built with economy car mechanicals.

I love the bumper pads. Really don’t like the GT facias (front or rear). As such, a V6 swap is likely where this project is headed.

I don’t remember if I posted a picture of my shiny car before. Here’s my bumperpad 2M6. I have been growing more and more fond of the Notchie/Aero combination, though.

And the 85 GT project. Notchie/Aero.

That 2m6 looks incredibly clean. Everything I’ve found so far either has terrible paint, sketchy mechanicals, or they want like $10K for it.
